How do I download the App?

Can I order delivery through the app?
For the time being you can place pickup orders only through the app.

Does the app have a referral or rewards program?
  • Yes! You can collect points and receive exclusive benefits 
    • Bronze member: every 100 point you get a free burger of your choice
    • Silver member: every 90 point you get a free burger of your choice
    • Gold member: every 80 point you get a free burger of your choice

    Note: every 1 KD = 4 points

How do I report a bug or issue with the app?

Is my data secure on the app?
Any personal information on the app is secured. We use industry-standard encryption, secure connections, and strict access controls to ensure that your data is protected and comply with all relevant privacy regulations.
How do I place an order on the app?
You can place your order from the order tab.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can use your debit and credit card or ِِApple Pay for payment.
Do you have nutritional information or allergen details?

Can I schedule an order for pickup later?
Yes, you can select your preferred time for pickup while placing the order.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once the order is accepted by the restaurant, you cannot cancel the order.

For the time being, that option is not available.
